Ever visited a place you didn't want to leave? We're not talking Paris, Venice or Rome. We didn't expect that the most recent place we've been to, the small fictional town of Luna Hermosa, in northern New Mexico, would become so much a part of our thoughts and daily lives that we're ready to stay there until reality forces us to move on.

When we wrote our first book in the "Brothers of Rancho Piñtada" series, Sawyer's Special Delivery, we knew two things: first, we wanted to write a family story about people with imperfect lives finding perfect love; and second, that story needed to be placed in a town that was alive with the things that matter to us-community, friends, fun and familiarity.

As natives of the Southwest, Luna Hermosa has all of those qualities for us and the Morentes, the Garretts and the women they love have so many of the joys, passions, heartbreaks, flaws, hopes and dreams we all have that we're extremely happy we'll be there with them to tell all their stories!

We hope you've enjoyed the first three books in the series, Sawyer's Special Delivery (August 2005), The Rancher's Second Chance (July 2007) and What Makes a Family? (September 2007).

Coming in July 2008 in The Cowboy's Lady, rodeo star and avowed lady's man Josh Garrett meets his match when he suddenly sees Eliana Tamar as so much more than just the childhood friend working behind the counter of the local tack shop. New bonds are forged and a family reunited, but there are still secrets in patriarch Jed Garrett's past yet to be revealed that none of the brothers, or even Jed himself, could have expected . . .
